To purchase the handbook, please follow these steps:
1. Please inform us that you would like to purchase A Parent Handbook for Talking with College Students About Alcohol for your institution. To do this, please navigate to the Contact Us portion of the website. We will then send a licensing agreement and an invoice based on information below. After receiving your written intent that demonstrates an agreement to the terms of licensing agreement and invoice, we will send Adobe InDesign files to allow your institution to customize the design of the handbook for branding purposes (i.e., logos, color schemes, and local resource information).
2. There is no step two! The process is designed to be easy for you to purchase and implement. If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Costs
While prices of many consumer goods and services are increasing, our costs have not changed and have remained affordable in order to place it in the hands of as many parents as possible. The cost per student is cheaper than a bottle of Tylenol. The costs for institutions to purchase an annual license are as follows:
$1,000 – Institutions with a first-year class with under 3,000 students.
$3,000 – Institutions with a first-year class with between 3,000-5,000 students.
$5,000 – Institutions with a first-year class with over 5,000 students.
Licensing fees are renewed annually if the institutions wish to continue to use the materials. Institutions that renew their annual licensing fees before March 31 of each calendar year will receive a 10% discount. There will be no increase in cost for institutions that renew their licensing fee after March 31 of each calendar year.
